12th-place finish in Jack Starrette Memorial at Modoc

Following the Ultimate Southeast Series, Clay Knight invaded Modoc Raceway (Modoc, S.C.) on Saturday afternoon for the 11th annual Jack Starrette Memorial. In a field of 27 cars, Cla locked into the 17th-starting position for the A-Main via his time trial effort. With $5,022 on the line, Knight gained five spots in the 50-lapper to register a 12th-place finish. (Richard Barnes photo)
