Knight attends Peach State Classic at Senoia
Friday night saw Cla Knight enter his M&W Transport No. 42 Late Model into battle at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) with the Castrol FloRacing Night in America miniseries.
After a sixth-place qualifying lap, Knight ripped around a heavy racetrack to win his heat, placing him on the third row for the 50-lap feature. With $20,000 on the line, Knight completed 14 laps before pulling in and ultimately being scored 20th.
With the feature event on Saturday, Knight qualified 22nd before placing 11th in his heat race. With the Top-3 transferring to the feature from consolation races, Knight was unable to transfer to the $53,053 main event after finishing 12th.
